"Sei Berlin" - "Be Berlin" is the new and old theme of one of the most exciting towns in Europe. Berlin is the national capital of Germany and its largest city. Berlin has regarded itself as a city of knowledge and culture since the days of Friedrich the Great in the 18th century. Today, Berlin's cultural offerings have something for every taste: world-renowned museums like the Pergamon Museum, the Berlin Philharmonic and a young and creative alternative scene.

Adlershof is one of Europe's most advanced technology park and home to Humboldt University's natural sciences campus, several research institutes, Berlin's biggest media location, and about 740 companies creating a unique network of modern technology centers and spectacular architecture.

The social program will comprise the conference dinner cruise along the sites of the old and new Berlin including a guide tour (English language). Further, the welcome party will introduce you to the science campus Adlershof.
