The LIBS 2008 conference includes a tutorial workshop which will start on Monday 22. September before the conference commences. The short course is suitable for students and new practitioners and will provide an overview abou the current status of LIBS as analytical method.

A second workshop will be organized to discuss the results from the LIBS 2008 contest. Details will be available with the final program of the conference.
